Refund Policy

At Bodycane, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are entirely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances when a product does not meet your expectations, or you encounter an issue with your order. To address such scenarios, we’ve established a comprehensive and fair refund policy.

  1. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we urge you to inform our customer service team immediately. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available.
  3. Incorrect Orders: In case you receive an incorrect item, kindly notify our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange a return and send the correct item promptly.
  4. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we request you to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return.
  5. Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
